I recently moved from SoCal, and I'd say that the SB market here is pretty weak. Richmond and Charlottesville look slightly better for college coeds, but it's nothing like SoCal is. There are still a few gems here, but there are way more middle aged escorts, druggies, picture sellers / scams to filter through. Pretty easy to spot, but still annoying.

If you're single and have a nice place you'll have an advantage with the coeds who are here. I have the most success with the girls who live with roommates or in the dorms. They have the freedom to come and go as they please and like having a place to escape to. Lots of these guys are married and need girls who host, or who are fine meeting at a cheap motel. Which I'd think only the most desperate of women would be will to do.

When I do start talking to a SB I'm interested in I talk to them exactly as I do with girls I match with on bumble. We know we are matching on SA, there is no reason to talk about it. You're probably on the young side for the girls who get off on older men. I'm 40 and I've been told I'm on the young side by 18 year olds. But if you've you got a nice apt / car or seem like a bit of a baller you'll do well. As long as you have a bit of style and aren't grossly unhealthy girls won't really care about looks. Some girls are looking for status as much as anything else.

If you are in your twenties then it sounds like you just want to pay for an easier guarantee of sex with no commitment? You will have many girls want nothing to do with you because they actually just want money and doing it with a guy near their age will be weird. Some others though may love the idea of one that is young and handsome.

Personally I only see girls as FWB; s / dating. Tinder, real world or the occasional "convert" of SA. Most of these girls are amazing, smart young people that can't relate to most over 30-40 due to most over that age having closed their minds down to the incredibly fluid global culture we live in now. They 'relevency gap' between older and younger is greater than ever. Yet I found most young people are eager to engage and be friends if we just stop being so damn adulty full of stupid sexist remarks we don't even know are sexist lolol. It's a big subject but the main reason a lot of older guys can't date younger girls is all their baggage they never unlearned or fixed throughout their lives. It kinda reeks of "no longer growing / evolving". Not sexy.
