I agree that natural is best, but don't you have it backwards? The saline solution is just salty water so you have a bag of salty water that feels nothing like a breast. The surgeon's skill is to work with muscle, etc., to overcome that severe limitation. If saline implants were more natural-feeling, why would women over recent decades have tried the "dangerous" silicone? Silicone filler has much higher viscosity that comes far closer to natural tissue feel. I've felt one set of silicone implants (somewhat rare to encounter them after the safety scare) that were very good. I've felt saline implants that weren't massaged as directed and the response of the surrounding tissue over time made them feel like rocks. I think the hardness you encountered may have been the result of improper care by the owner.

Now that I have some more downtime, I can finally write what I wanted to ask from by Strip Club report.

I'm a confirmed Leg and Ass man but being a lover of women can't say I don't also love a nice set. Just read this thread and had to add a few thoughts. Agree that nice naturals are always nicer to see and feel than bolt-ons, especially silicone jugs even if she got a good job. I prefer natural boobs, As, Bs, Cs or Ds, love them all but prefer bigger over smaller. Don't most guys?

The purpose of implants is to make a woman's figure look better clothed and that's why a dame decides to get them. Her appearance dressed. Most of her life is spent in clothes so that's a young female's real motivation for going under the knife. Milfs will do it to get them perky again if they sag or have lost that youthful buoyancy and volume as happens to most all women that breastfed after childbirth. Strippers do it for economic pursuit.

I once had a stripper GF with D-cup salines and was blown away when learning she had implants! Totally natural looking and feeling. Once I knew this fact I could detect it when touching. But not to my eye.

Plenty of porn girls have very nice natural-looking jobs. Saw this one feature stripper here in Cbus with tits bigger than my head, Lotta Top if I recall. She would put a ballcap on each for a laugh! They felt rock hard and looked good but fake of course.

The biggest most attractive supposedly naturals I've ever seen that did look and feel real belong to a provider in Toledo who is quite well known in Ohio, the tall Amazon babe, Paris. Simply spectacular! Both look and feel. Hers are like one of the wonders of the world! Not entirely convinced they're natural, much bigger now than the '06 size.

I've seen some really good man-made ones and some pretty bad natural ones. I vote if the girls needs it, she needs it.

Two major players at the national level on a different board were done by different surgeons in a very small town in Tennessee. I find that an odd coincidence.

The best natural set I've ever seen was on a girl from Detroit who toured Cincinnati a few years ago. She toured under the name of Jules. They were extraordinary.

I've never had a woman with fake tities, at least not until earlier this year. Now I have had 5 or 6 and the common denominator is that they are all bad. Some are bad. Others are really really bad. Playing with fake tits is like feeling up a mannequin. With the possible exception of Kim Cattrall, it just is not good.

That's my 2 cents worth, and I'm sticking to it.

P. S. Being open minded, I am willing to allow any really hot woman who would like to change my mind to give it her best shot.

OK mongers, lets see what the opinion is of Boob Jobs. I love big boobs as much as the next guy but in my opinion most boob jobs only look good until the clothes come off. Most look obvious and some look down right bad. They don't lay or bounce like the rear thing during sex.

So what's the opinion of the majority?
