Probably wishful thinking. Interestingly, she is originally from Maine. I am probably the only monger in Memphis who knows where Maine is! Two trivia questions, what is the only State bordered by only one other state? And what State is bordered by the most states?

For the last day or so I've had a PM dialogue going on with a very senior member of the board about how too many mongers are writing too nice of a review when they should be being more critical when it counts.

Basically, he referred to mongers who don't get critical as "pansy ass mongers who say nice things," which is his opinion I guess. He basically slammed me for saying that my reviews were always too "positive. ".

It made me think. Yes, I guess I do mostly write positive reviews, and here is why:

1. Before I see a provider, I check them out more closely that if I were buying a car; I read reviews, I contact the provider and get some pertinent info, I sometimes will ask for new photos, etc.

2. I have a conversation with the provider before we meet, either through phone or text; the tone of those conversations foreshadow what the visit will be like; I don't go if I don't like what I am hearing / reading.

3. As I mentioned, I will often ask for a current photo, taken that day; yes, some providers use outdated photos; I just want to make sure they are what they "think" they look like; as I said, if I don't like what I'm seeing, I don't go.

4. I rarely go to notels, but often visit providers who offer a more secure setting.

I guess doing all of the above eliminates a lot of bad experiences, which is my No. 1 goal in all of this; it's my money I'm spending, so I check it out so I don't have a bad time; the same way I wouldn't walk into any restaurant unless I knew what it was like, or what was on the menu. You get it.

So yes, I probably write 95% positive reviews, and that is not a bad thing. I try not to set myself up for failure (or danger), and so I usually have a great time with the providers I meet. And when I review providers, I usually focus on those things above. The location, the attitude, the overall feel of the visit; I rarely try to explain where I stuck what and how that felt; I think you all get the picture.

I don't mean to slam the senior who I've been PMing, but he is right when he says I maybe am too positive, but that's only because I like to perform the due diligence to prevent bad experiences.

I think what we forget to remember is that providers are people too. So just because they have a great session with one person, the vibe maybe off with the next or they may just be having a bad day. There have been cases in California where guys have raved about a provider and then when I see her there is no spark or chemistry. There have been other cases where the opposite is true. I always make sure that the provider realizes they are lady and not a piece of meat.

This lady may be a very sweet lady, my comment is directed at one this only. In no universe is this woman a spinner.

Sadly, I agree that she is no spinner. She looks cute and I would take her for a test drive. I live in California and travel to Bengals games. One of the things that make me laugh in California is how guys will say how short and petite a girl is and is a "spinner" on strip club boards. Then I go looking for her at the club and lo and behold the girl being commented on is no spinner and she ain't petite.

I try to be careful about how I word my reviews where the experience was mixed. For example, I posted a review of Kyla recently where I basically said she's got a nice bod but performance was meh. It's tricky to write a review like that because I want to convey the overall experience, but I don't want to hurt her business either. I don't think other mongers posted misleading reports about her, I think it was a matter of me and her just didn't click. There have been a few cases, though, where the performance or whatever is sufficiently bad that I don't care whether it hurts the provider's business. Fortunately, the really bad cases have been the exception.

My opinion on this subject may or may not be in the majority here but I think your first obligation on this site is to report information as you see it for the benefit of the monger and not to worry about whether it hurts the provider's business. Try not to be too subjective. Just list the activities provided (DFK, BBBJ, DATY, etc.) as well as any deviations from the photos, such as baby damage, flabby, old pics, fake pics, heavier or thinner than depicted, track marks, etc. , and the condition of the surroundings (messy, dirty, unsafe neighborhood, budget motel, nice hotel, etc). That's all we need. IMO, all the rest is fluff. Point out the bad as well as the good so expectations aren't high. We really don't care if it was the best experience of a monger's life or he was smitten or what a beautiful young lady she is. Prompt, Friendly, GFE, Mechanical, Stoned, Rushed is probably as subjective a description of the monger's experience we need in a review.

I took only two clients today because I got bad news about my mother, not going to talk about it because it will ruin this amazing hour. So the 2nd client noticed my feet a bit swollen, holding water due to new meds I'm trying. He sits up, " and I don't like when clients suddenly rise up before the flip time and without explanation" but he sits up and says "may I?" Pointing at my feet, this is a out of town new client, so I was not about to let someone pay me to pamper me when I am suppose to pamper them!

Somehow, I ended up sitting on the edge of my own table, shoes off, trying to hide my feet like an embarrassed 12 yr old.

He gets my feet out, thank God for pedis!. And he proceeded to rub my feet, pushing the water up into my calfs, feeling so wonderful, I laid back (said go with it) he was super respectful of my dress and personal space, working my feet up through my ankles, then just above the knee, I was in absolute heaven with the attention, still shaking inside of the unknown and where's this going, before I know it, he says " there we go" what do you think? " I sit up, my feet and legs only half the size they was, excited like turning 18 I ran out the room and grabbed my boxes of heels I couldn't wear for over a month, putting them all on, he comes out my room and sees me spinning in my favorite velvet heels, now he's in my bedroom!

He stares at my watching each shoe slip on, then reality hit me, he's here for a service, I'm being so rude! I run to my studio room and beg him to please lay down so I can start all over, he had to go back to his hotel, I tried so hard to make him take his money back!. He refused over and over. He said he loved watching me root through my shoes like a girl on a shopping spree, that my genuine smiles and laughs really made his night. And he left! I locked the door telling myself OMG what have I done! This will turn into a bad review! I texted him quickly asking can I please please see him for a free 90 minute before he leaves that he deserves it, he just said the next time he's in town he'd love to do this all over again! Best night ever!

Any thoughts on how I can make this up to him, are greatly appreciated XOXOXOXO.
