I'm not going to whitewash the history just to make a point. The Democrats have not always been on the right side of humanity. But, a lot has changed since then. The Klan, although founded by Democrats, are now firmly aligned with the GOP, and with Neo Nazis. They are the party of misogyny and racism.

Trump should be in prison, and his sycophants in Congress should be in prison.

No. The law does not say that. It never said that. all votes legally cast are to be counted. It doesn't matter if it takes 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month. If you vote in the manner prescribed by the laws of your state, it will and should be counted.

But I'll give you a chance to prove me wrong. Show me the statute, old or new, written between the adoption of the US Constitution until today, that shows votes stopped getting counted after the day after the election.

So, I watched the West Wing saga a couple times and I always said that if the Dem party was actually like the characters in this show there could be some compromise and more good things can get done. You have to give a little to get a little. I think both sides could get much accomplished if we can sit at the table and act like adults. I know Trump acts up (as do many dems) and it drives me crazy but his policies were fricking awseome. Immigration, energy independant, Justices (for us). I'll take that over Joe, Kamala and Nancy. Our side is not perfect. But the name calling. Act like adults. Imagine if we could turn the clock back like it was before social media where ev'1 has a platform. Anyway. Sorry, I'm rambling. Trust me, I've definitely started a movement. By 2028 ill be eligible for president. We will have a decriminalized and only punishable by fine hobby, decriminalized and only punishable by fine for all drugs besides fentanyl, meth, and heroin, an increased legal DUI level from 0.08 to 0.10, low crime, a plethora of jobs, and skyrocketing property values. It will be a true free country, with prosperity comparable to the 90s but without Bidens crime bill. Utopia is within grasp.
