They don't get much information other than from what their Trump loving neighbors say. I visited an independent provider from craigslist who advertises for waxing / massage in Covington area and I think a lot of us are familiar with her. I always where a hat. Keep my head down. Covid has helped wearing a mask seems normal now. Always scan the room for devices and men's clothing. Always know your exit strategy. Always check other rooms and always lock the door with all the locks and devices. These are a few things I still do even with established regulars.
