I use mailmypersciptions.com I can only buy 20 mg tabs, but they are real, very cheap, and very fast. So instead of taking half of a 100, I take 2-3 20's, and they work as well as my $15 doses did. I am not familiar with Roman but have used Global Pharmacy Plus which is based in Canada. You do need an Rx from your doctor. I believe the brand name Viagra as well as the generic Sildenafil both get shipped directly from the manufacturers in Slovokia.
