If I only had a crystal ball to be able to see when "MotherNature" comes exactly on, how lovely that will be unfortunately I come across a miss fortune or two. Which one is a scrooge and a penny-pincher (Chilljacker) if I may add. How do you play a game like Monopoly and tell the teller, banker, lender what their fortune up holds? If you didn't like the property holder assets you have plenty of other options to choose from. Every investment or purchase in life has some type of issues unfortunately "MotherNature" is inevitable and will come and go as she sees fit.
