I recommend getting a refund on that law school. Miranda only applies to custodial interrogation. If you're walking on the street and the cop says "hey, did you kill anyone today?" and you answer "yes, I killed bob and his body is over behind those cans", that entire statement is coming in to evidence, as well as the hidden body you directed them to. If the cop stops you, cuffs you and then says "did you kill anyone today? They have to mirandize you and any statements you make (and evidence obtained from the statements) are subject to being suppressed as violations of the 4th and 5th Amendments if they do not. At least this is what my very expensive attorney has told me.

Stay the hell away, the place is a ticking time bomb. Reviewing Sakura is great, but, the purported, specific & detailed sex acts at a massage parlor should not be posted in an open forum that are likely monitored by the PoPo. That's no reason to say anything. If you do, while they can't use the specific thing you say against you in court, they can seek other evidence to prove what you tell them.

You are an expert. I have had two encounters with police during fifty years practicing this delightful hobby.

First encounter:

Fifteen years ago, I parked my vehicle outside an AMP. There were two patrol cars parked in the lot. I ascended the outside stairs and knocked. The door opened. Instead of a sexy angel appearing, a young, attractive policewoman asked me, "What do you want here? I told her I came to get a Chinese foot massage. Annoyed, she asked if I had come for sexual solicitation of an employee. Was she allowed to ask this?

I did not answer her question but asked her if she had ever enjoyed Chinese foot massage. I told her the masseuses in this place were famous for their skill and that she should try. Was this a mistake on my part?

The officer appeared perplexed and did not respond. Could she have arrested and charged me at that point?

I excused myself, turned, and walked back down the stairs. Could they have arrested me for leaving?

Second encounter.

About 18 years ago, I picked up a sweet thing on a Florida highway. I drove to her spot for dates. After arriving, she provided a delightful oral massage of my bursting organ and swallowed all of my nectar. After adjusting our clothes, but before I had paid for services, I noticed a patrol car approaching in my rearview mirror. During the minutes before the officer arrived, my new friend told me to tell the police that I knew her as a friend named xx and that we had parked there to chat. The officer, a woman, asked us for I'd. Did we have to provide I'd? I think so. We did.

The officer asked me what we were doing. Should I have refused to answer?

I recited the story that my friend had told me to recite. "I ran into my friend, . On the road, and we stopped here to chat. " Was it a mistake to answer this way?

The officer said something like, "We know that all she does is prostitution, and we saw her head in your lap from the hill over there. " Was she engaging in prostitution? " I don't remember my answer, but it either was explicitly negative or implied that I would never do such a thing. Was this a mistake on my part?

The officer gave us back our I'd and told me to leave. They took my companion into custody. I never heard from her or the police after this.

I was nervous about this for several months after the incident. Would it have been likely that the police would have summoned me to court?

Did the girl's alibi help her or me?

While always polite, I cannot imagine why anyone would ever answer any questions from a cop. Cops passed a civil service test, they're not detectives for a reason. Patrol cops reply 99.5% of self-incrimination, because most criminals are even less clever than a cop.

I forget their handle, but there's a couple of hilarious lawyers (Chicago? Maybe Philly accent?) that constantly give advice, and every traffic stop advice video they do is basically; after you've politely provided license and registration. Shut the fuck up. The service battles between these FS shops provide interesting reads. I have ventured to Louisville and Indianapolis over the years to experience some really good times and actually have one more trip I just have to make after reading the experience but we definitely have it good right now right here.
