Damn that's rough. She's been here legally for quite a while and ICE held her back in 2011 too and she's still here. She only got a misdemeanor charge, so I wouldn't count her out as gone just yet. Her extensive record doesn't help, but at least she doesn't have any charges for being violent. Awaiting trial it says.
