I know you've been in the area for a while I know a lot of these girls, but the only tallish blonde girls I can think of are Sarah and Tall Tabby. Neither one is extremely tall, but they are extremely skinny so they look rather tall LOL. There is also another tall much older blond that walks that area. She's skinny as a skeleton.
