There were a couple of places a while back that had a Salon theme, where you could get your hair cut and your knob polished. The stylists were all Latin as I recall. They had a shop in Wesley Chapel and one in Tampa, but I don't see them around anymore, so I'm guessing Covid killed them. The shops that is. Don't recall anyone ever saying how the haircut was.

There are a couple of lone wolves around who offer "manscaping", so they may be able to tend to your locks and your other needs, and frankly half the strippers I know claim to have / are or plan to go to beauty school. I had two sizing me up for a haircut just this week, but it's always a YMMV thing when you're dealing with a stripper. The county commissioners in these counties say they interpret the Governor's Order in a different context whereas massage, tattoo and in some cases movie theaters, can open. They have to operate using the same safety protocols as the hair & nail salons. Masks, sanitizer, appointments only, 15 minutes between appointments for cleaning, etc. From there it's up to the shop owner and masseuses. Some are opening, so not. Probably going to take a little time for them to be comfortable that things are safe.
