I use to travel a lot and in bigger cities where they had areas, usually near industrial areas where ladies would hang out, and for staying out of more family oriented places, like Market Street with all of its "family friendly" business business restaurants etc. The cops would kind of look the other way because they weren't getting complaints (in the big cities they called these area the "Stroll". And it seemed back 5 years or so ago Wilmington City Police generally focused on higher priority crimes. But since they started focusing on "human trafficking" Market Street has become a highly patrolled area, with lots of sting activities, so just keep that in mind and be very careful in that area. But I'm not aware of any better areas to look for street walkers, but they have really thin out the lady even on Market Street. Greenfield Street is in a somewhat rough area especially after dark, but it also use to be a fairly active area especially around 5th Avenue. Don't know how much experience you had in the upper Midwest (spent time near South Bend, IN and know what cold is! But I do have two big suggestions: 1) NEVER EVER mention money for a sex act, that what it take for a conviction. Keeping in mind that it does not have to be in the same conversation. Say for try Craigslist or Backpage and you call and ask a lady what her hourly rate is, she says what do you want to spend (Red Flag)? You say I was thinking like $100/ hour. She say fine here the address. You show up and she say well what do you want, and you say BJ, Full Service or Half and Half (here even if you use slang, but it is a well known slang terms they can get a conviction). So you've discussed money and ask for a sex act even through it was two (likely recorded if she is with Uncle LEO) conversations. Instead try to get her to state her hourly rate. When you get to the room if she is nearly comfortable (see through nightie etc) your probably good, especially if she say are you a cop (this here way of suggesting a cop check, take her hand and put it on your little friend or pet her kitty, now you can feel free to talk to her like an old friend. But say she in jeans and a flannel shirt (big red flag) try to hug her, she's likely be wearing a vest, and try to avoid the hug. When she ask what you want tell her you are sore and just looking for a massage, if she let you get comfortable and especially if she get comfortable (naked), now you know each other well enough you can discuss anything..

All pretty good info here. I would like to add if you are looking for a quick fix you can find Kathy most days sitting at the bus stop on Market by YMCA or CVS. Tall dirty blonde older lady who is drug free. Not the prettiest woman you will ever meet but she is a total expert flute player. There are some ladies on foot sometimes down around Lullwater walking to the convenient store that offer interesting conversation, problem is they have a friend who is a black male who drives a white car with dark tinted windows who likes to pistol whip and rob folks to supplement his drug dealing business so if you see someone walking and decide to speak make sure you look out for the white car with the tinted windows always around Lullwater, Covil and Princess as well as nosey bored uncles who should really be worried about this dude and not what you're doing, but who said uncles were fair?

And if you answer those question she give the bust signal and your surrounded. If she gets in the car and say are you a cop same deal as above. Once you've gotten that far you'll both feel more comfortable to talking about how attractive she is and any kind of mutually beneficial arrangements you both might appreciate. While this board has not been that active lately if you look back through some of the reviews you can find some information that might be helpful. And keep check back, every once in a while you can find a real nugget here. Also if you do have a good or bad situation and share a review here, then you'll find people are more willing to share information, because most of us have taken one for the team (TOFTT) at one time or another, and appreciate it when other are willing to share the risks associated with doing so. If you don't have any any luck there is always VIP the Asian massage parlor (AMP) a little further out market street. Search under my "handle" and I gave a rundown on how to approach you first visit. PROS you will get an excellent massage, CONS VERY limited menu (happy ending). Less predictable is SPA 88 (on Carolina Beach Road about 3 miles north of Snow Cut Bridge 9 near Golden Road on the east side of CBR in a little strip center. The is also a place on Oleander that has had some hit and miss reviews, I'm not sure exactly were that one is, but being a senior member you can likely PM someone that has reviewed it under massage section. Been keeping my eyes open, have seen some ladies hitchhiking, not sure if they're working or not. I was crusing Market on Thursday afternoon, not much going on and did not see anyone at all, on my way home, I decided to take a detour down Greenfield and up 5th, just for old time sake, as I was coming down the hill at Greenfield, I saw a sweet WSW in pink tights with very nice breast strolling dowN the hill. I doubled back to take a second look and she was a strawberry Blondie with a very voluptuous figure and a great ass. She strolled to the convention store near the corner of 5th and turned up 5th until Martin, I circled again and came face to face with her, I waved, she nodded and pointed to 6th Street, I was short on time and could not partake, but this girl was definitely worth my time and money, I can't seem to get that ass and her pink tights out of my mind. Does anyone know, who she is? I am glad to see the old hunting grounds come back alive!

Just crusing around on Market on Thursday afternoon and came up on nothing at all, after several passes through the usual hot spots. On my way home, I decided to take a detour down Greenfield and up 5th, to my surprise there was a WSW, with strawberry blonde hair walking down Greenfield, I circled around to get a better look, OMG, her sweet ass was really swinging in those pink tights. She turned up on 5th and proceeded to walk up Martin. I was short on time, but did get her attention by waving and she acknowledged me by nodding and pointing down 6th. Like I said, I was short on time, so I had to decline, but she was definitely quiet a looker for a Streetwalker. Has anyone else seen her? Looks as if the old crusing grounds are alive again.

She got in and I asked where she'd like to go and she mumbled something. Not sure what but I went ahead and started turning around and casually asked her if she was a working girl and instead of answering she quickly opened the door and jumped out. I pulled up to apologize and she pulled out a fucking hunting knife and started shouting at me!
