That's not true. The freedom granted by the press clause would be more clearly stated "freedom of press" rather than "freedom of the press". That is, the freedom of all people to disseminate information without prosecution rather special privileges of some ill defined body that today would be all but impossible to discern. There's countless court cases showing both ends, that is protecting an individual's right to perform press activities and courts ruling against granting dedicated press organizations special privileges. The ONLY somewhat special privilege they have is that the government can use them as a proxy for the general public to meet public access obligations. For some examples, see Richmond newspapers v. Virginia and New York Times v. Sullivan.

Although it hasn't been an AMP for many months, since we leased it a couple months ago, the entertainment hasn't been lacking. Every couple of days I get a monger who walks up and tries the door, then ducks down, turns the corner and pretends like he didn't just do that. I'm going to miss it when they change the sign. Just an FYI on this. Taking pictures and video of anyone in public is covered by the First Amendment. When you are in the public eye all expectations of privacy are gone. They are still douchebags for doing it though.

They had some ass clown in Charlotte doing the same shit. The massage parlor vigilante. Search Facebook. I think what ge is doing is also illegal. Invasion of privacy. Taking liberties of exposing license plates without knowing if people are getting legitimate massage.
