If he pleads guilty to soliciting he should definitely be suspended for several gamews, although him and Goodell are good friends so he'll probably catch a break.

The NFL paid Kaepernick because they colluded against him and there must have been a lot of evidence. Not sure how that compares to this situation.

The joke I was making was that non-hookers don't want to fuck him even though he's so rich because his dick is tiny just a joke loll.

They did or they reported they did? They ALWAYS say that they found trafficked or underaged people and then if you check in six months there were no convictions.

I'm pretty sure this whole thing is about the election for Mayor next month. They just got lucky and caught the owner of the Pats.

On second review you're right. The trafficking related charges actually being presented is very rare loll.

Read and heed many warnings given

Like mentioned here and other sites many times, don't say anything (right to remain silent) and don't lie. As they show in the documents, they had a pretty good idea what happened so if those that were stopped didn't remain silent and gave some story, they probably would have got them for lying to law enforcement. Interesting how LE can lie or say anything to get you to say what they want but you have to be truthful.

Also, none of these guys are getting charged with trafficking unless they KNEW about it. Every story has said the same, that they are getting hit with misdemeanors, so not sure where you got that they are being charged with trafficking. The 25 people involved with the shop are getting charged with that, not the customers. As of yet, we know nothing about whether the women there are trafficked or not. The media is only talking about the customers, and nothing about the women, other than they supposedly have a paper trail of them from China via NY to Florida.

I agree that every person that went there and didn't get a happy ending should have an invasion of privacy lawsuit just waiting to happen. A massage room should be no different than a shower or bathroom in regards to privacy. I don't actually have a problem with them going after true trafficking, but they slap that tag on anything these days where a 2nd person is involved. I read a story that Milwaukee has rescued something like 300+ underage girls in the last year from the sex trade, so it does exist in this area.
Most of the above post appears to be correct but I believe the "300 girls etc. " is not. If I recall correctly; a highly publicized sweep by the locals and feds came up with only 1 actual trafficking victim. I doubt if there are 300 women in the sex trade in the entire state of Wisconsin. Don't buy the media koolaid!

Cops or citizens for that matter can't sit back watch and video tape as a women is gang raped for instance to collect evidence and then track down the assailants at a later date. They have a responsibility to intervene. This was simply a sting that flipped the script, and in my opinion violated everyone's rights under the guise of trafficking by video taping the room and going after the clients and the establishment. In doing so they ruined all these guys lives by publicly labeling them sex traffickers for getting a HJ from willing masseuses that do this job because it pays better than Walmart. This is the way I see it at least. Robert Kraft is a 77 year old widower who wanted a relaxing HJ, big fricking deal. Even if I had a Billion dollars I'm not hopping on a plane to fly to Nevada every time I got an itch ether.

I wonder how this wouldn't be a violation of your 4th amendment right to warrantless search and seizure. You have an expectation of privacy while getting a massage. You undress in the room, receive salt scrubs, baths, and other things at any massage while nude.

Either way, I'm sure it will be happening on a wider scale now.

It's not just about Kraft and some other unfortunate mongers getting the perv walk for committing the heinous crime of getting a couple of HJs. By the way, I have been following this story and NONE of the women involved are underage. Are Kraft and the other mongers supposed to have the women sign a consent form that they are giving these HJs of their own free will?? A lot of people are in favor of making prostitution legal. How do you get around that if you're the authorities with your own agenda in waging a war against the sex industry? You pull out the nuclear phrase, human trafficking, every chance you get. Who is in favor of human trafficking?? Shuts the opposition down completely every time. What do you think has taken down Backpage, TER, Craigslist, and gone after other sex-based sites such as USAAG?? Do you really think that they will stop AFTER they shut down the massage parlors?? NOPE!! Notice how they have turned up the heat on SWs? I'm betting they're going to set their sites on high-end sites like EROS in the future too. And the last domino to fall would be the escorts. So, laugh at Kraft, but I see storm clouds approaching. Rant done.

Is to say absolutely nothing other than "I'm not speaking to you". Unless they have video / indisputable evidence they won't do anything.

After reading the report, that totally shocked me how many confessed. Or maybe those were the only ones that did fess up, perhaps there were others pulled over that said nothing and hence were not included in the report and not prosecuted. Which brings me to a very important point, don't talk when asked questions! That's their job-to make you say statements to incriminate yourself. My only response would be is that I received a massage. Period. Let them do the work of trying to piece everything together.

Probably depends on what was said. Maybe the officer informed them that the place is under surveillance for sex trafficking. That right there would make me possibly come clean about what went down, not rich enough to hire a competent lawyer so if he's agreeing to let me go after I confess I'd would be spilling the bean just the same. But if it was just an ole so we seen you leaving that establishments over there can you tell me what you were doing. I would probably have the same response as you. But on reading that report, it seems like a lot of guys are only paying. 20 for extra activities some high rollers throwing down $. Another thing of note is that they do know of these sites where people post about these places. Seem like they only act when neighbors and or other business owners call and complain. Which is more of a reason why to be respectful and not be parking in front of people houses or parking in other businesses parking lots when visiting these places just my 2 cents.
