I was out in Vegas last January. Visited some of the weed shops and talked with cabby and Uber drivers. Vegas is swimming in cash from legal weed sales. I've never asked what the tax rates were on the legal brothels out in the desert. But one driver jokes they were filling potholes with ground up $100's to save the time of buying asphalt. Another joked that the kids in school were getting new gold plated toilets. Just because. Here is the weird thing, here in WI an Oz of good weed runs up to $600 there about, Max price I saw in LV - $365 an Oz. Take one look north to Colorado. Balanced budgets and money for schools and support programs. No more deficit spending! I have a buddy that lives out there, he doesn't partake but loves the money pouring into the tax rolls. Lets face it every state that has legalized recreation is a success story. Meanwhile WI is Billions in the hole and digging deeper, need I mention the condition of our roads? Bridges? Schools? So legalize it, it cuts the cost and allows for all sort of taxation opportunities. Save hundreds of millions if not billions on enforcement and detention. Then criminalize and punish the hell out of illegal sales and sales to minors! Just like with booze.

Someday maybe. But probably not until were really flat ass broke as a state. Next obvious fact, the political party that gets it done? In office for ever! The people will rally, just look at the polls and surveys, you know. The ones the politicians ignore.

Same for sex, legalize, tax it and the enforce and punish the hell out of unlicensed operations, traffickers and minor exploiters. Millions saved and millions earned in revenue.

Who in the hell is paying $600 an oz that's highway robbery, but here we go same as paying the girls more then there worth, isn't anyone on a budget.

Got pinched in Little Chute by Appleton. I had a bad day and was looking for something quick. Mistake No. 1. I didn't verify photos were real because I was in a hurry.

Mistake No. 2 asking for FS and agreeing to a price. BIG MISTAKE!

Mistake No. 3 Ignoring all the signs, She asked me to Park on the road instead of the apartment parking lot. When I asked for pic she sent some random that looking nothing like her posted pic.

There were other signs too but by the time I got in the apartment and we headed to the bedroom, out pops uncle LEO.

All I can say is follow the rules that others have talked endlessly about. Do your homework and always approach cautiously. Think with the big head until it's time to let the little head play, and keep your head on a swivel.

They don't let you off with a warning in Little Chute / Appleton. The is on a mission. That"s why Appleton is so dead.

I'm sorry you were trapped. One thing I would suggest is to get a couple of web numbers to text from. Ask the detailed questions on one then set up the date more discreetly on the other, being observant if they want to bee too explicit. Sure they can tie you to both, but probably won't waste their time.

I have never done it and never will but until they com up with a better test you could get busted for an old high. With alcohol, it is what is there now but weed is what rsidual is left and can b weeks old. Think how many could get busted for DUI (weed) that was used days before. There are also the surveys were those using it admitted to driving high and some admitted to being wasted on weed. I have no problem if people want to use it but if while driving, bust them.

Wisconsin had a balanced budget but with new Governor that wants to give everything away and gave double digit % raises to his cabinet. I would like to legalize both too. Would be a great thing. You wouldn't be grinding up money to fill pot holes though, LOL. Bit of over exaggeration. You can look up how much states made in Taxes on it. Then you have to even out with a few other things. Probably still a net positive. I don't want to talk politics. Don't know why I even responded. Either way. Legalize both, tax and regulate it.

Pot too. Do you realize how much new tax revenue would be pouring into the local and state coffers if they legalized{and regulated to a degree}both prostitution and pot?? We might never have to raise property or any other taxes again. Here's a major problem with that besides it makes too much sense. All those great photo ops and press conferences go by the wayside for "fighting human trafficking" Like when they set-up a motel sting to ensnare mongers and providers. And then have a press conference on camera patting each other on the back for entrapping a few unfortunate mongers and providers. If they're that concerned about fighting human trafficking; why aren't they on our southern border where human trafficking is ground zero?

I just read this in the morning paper also. It seems better to stick with known providers. Totally sucks when it comes to my fetish because they are always changing numbers. The Stalis apt. Seems to have gotten older as well. Chi town and the burb seems to be the best option. Shit going down there as well but I have options.

That story mentions loitering also. In Oak Creek around the Value Inn and other cheap hotels the cops patrol the lot and watch activity around those hotels and will pull you over and question you about what you are doing there and give you a written warning or a ticket for loitering if they see you stop in that area.
