Why would you tip before getting your massage? What if you get a crappy one?

Training a service provider is like training a dog. If they do well they are rewarded, if they don't do well, they are not rewarded. What do you think she learned by you rewarding her for a bad visit? I am going to guess, that she doesn't have to put any energy into her work next time you see her. If you had given her a pittance tip or nothing, it would have probably prompted her to ask why, you can then tell her taking calls, texts, wandering out in the middle of the massage is not acceptable. As with anything on here, YMMV. But I would never see Stacia again, unless her rate was cut in half. MUCH better options available.
