I get that, I do. I was referring specifically to not replying at all to a request for availability. Occam's Razor is probably because they have someone's dick in their mouth and others lined up.

Agreed, but for me 120 is my limit and I've never been able to do more than two per month! So I'd have to save up for half the year, and if it's not awesome I'd be really pissed!

Well, put yourself in their shoes for just a sec. You place an ad. And you get 100 dudes in a day responding. How do you prioritize all that noise? How do you find the ones who will actually show the fuck up? How do you decide how much banter to engage in? Vs. When the dude is obviously just doing his own research and probably isn't planning to actually come?
