She will have some plan in place to get your money and not provide any service and threaten to give the police your number when you confront her about the rip off.

I'd say this is a definite indication that getting ripped off is more likely. I'm sure they've cooked up some scheme that one distracts while the other cash and dashes. Cash and dash is easier with a partner. 2 girl with her would be tempting with her otherwise, but no thanks.
