I submitted mine 3 times before it was accepted and emailed them twice asking what the issue was. I think they are understaffed to do verifications. I never received a response from either email. Just eventually one that said I had been successfully verified. If I had to guess, the first 2 got conveniently lost. Sometimes, persistence pays off.
