Wisconsin is a whole ass mess right now. Milwaukee is fucking in worse shape than Madison in my opinion. I think Green Bay, Appleton and Oshkosh hasn't changed much. Madison might be the most stable place in the state right now.

There are a lot of reviews of Nicole here, and none of the recent ones are good.
