I think the main thing is to be clear but also to make them feel comfortable. All the girls know what the others do, but they don't like it when clients are rude about it. So I'd say go to your favorite girl, tell them what you want, and then see who she knows with the same menu who she likes working with.

Theoretically yes, but the girls need to really like each other and be comfortable. I think if you have a girl you like, asking who they like to do doubles with is the best bet. Since most of the GH girls are duds (IMO), I wouldn't just rush into it without a prior client relationship.

I do know that Lea is available most Sundays for the full day from Noon till maybe late in the evening. Otherwise, she is usually available during the week on the AM Shift. I do not know whether or not that she does DFK.
