This area is just very irregular. Friday and today saw nothing after a couple of passes then late afternoon they appeared like mushrooms after a spring rain. Several cuties today, some seemed TGTBT. Hope some other folks will report observations.

I believe what you are seeing are civilians I have seen very few swers out lately and just the same ones over and over.

Drove down Washington today about 11:30, there about 3 WSW out and about. One had dark hair almost to her waist, nice little ass on her. Didn't have time to partake. No LEO presence noted.

On occasion I do hunt some times. LE presence is horrible anymore compared to just a few years back, there are definitely girls out there. Problem is none of them are new or new ones don't interest me. For the aforementioned reasons I do not cruise much anymore.

It is true that you can't just drive down the street with the windows down and have pretty things fall in the car these days, but there are some bargains to be had. My problem is I'm very cautious and that is not going to change. Followed one very cute WWS most of the way down Washington this afternoon and then she strolled along the tracks. Very cold, not a wave or a smile to let me know that she and I were thinking along the same lines until she got to the tracks. By the time I had a place to scoop she had scent of her dealer. And guess who won. It aint easy.

Honestly bil, I find it a waste of time and gas anymore. The days of decent women are long gone, on the rare occasion I find one out, they are so gone and out of it I'd rather just pay myself. Plus I don't see it changing any time soon. Uncles specials are so adamant about busting street level crime and ignoring the big picture stuff, I don't even find its worth the risk that it use to be. Atleast when I travel to kc or CL, I can rely on a decent massage and a "safe" setting.

Drove down wwashington street Monday night about 11 pm it was about 35 degrees and I saw 5 swers from the busstop to the old rite-aid couldn't really tell who they were since they were all bundled up but they were all white I was going home so I didn't stop or double back for a second look. Then on Tuesday evening 65 degrees and just a little earlier 10 pm not one single swer to be seen on wwashington? How the heck do you explain that? Again I was going home after work so didn't linger or check any other part of the circuit maybe they were all on central or 7th.

Well I'm back in town for the summer so I thought I'd do a good recon so I spent about 4 hours looking from about 6 to 10. Early there wasnt much to be had I drove wwashington, central and the east end. As the evening wore on there were a few here and there on wwashington I saw an older blonde I didn't recognize that bob haired BSW that I detest a younger brunette that reminded me alot of the late raechal and crystals older sister the thin long haired brunette on central there were a couple of old BSW if that's your thing nothing at all on the eastend. All in all a wasted 4 hours man at 60 degrees if this is all that's out whew. Also LE was extemely aggressive I saw them hassle all the before mentioned swers on wwashington and a couple of dudes plus they were pulling over cars left and right turning into a police state where you can't even walk down the street.

Your observations are the same as mine Bil. I don't even bother reporting much anymore because its all of the same ol girls out with no new cute ones in site along with the cops being obsessed with watching the stroll now. Both shifts have around 3 LE that do nothing but watch Washington /7th all shift long now. I don't really cruise much in Charleston anymore. Just no pint in it and its been like that from my observations since last Summer mainly.
