Open sign was on but it looks like they're still setting up with ladders, no windows signs just blocked out, and door propped open with a door stopper. A good bit of foot traffic in the area but not too bad. I'll check it out and report once they're fully set up.

It'll be interesting if things change up in the local area now. Too many AMPs in the area giving L1 services for L2+ prices. AB has been pretty good recently but that usually doesn't last so get it now while it lasts. SW is still SW and new girl seems bad L2 and no L3. Rodman is mostly grandma. I guess deposits use to be a thing 30-40 years ago but nobody does them today except for scammers. Saying that might trigger a few of the " Don't tell me what to do" softies but it's true so never pay a deposit for any circumstance, even if one time it was legit.
