I go there as my legit place for an actual massage on a semi-regular basis. They don't mind you going commando, but they've always avoided touching anything in front and keep the blanket between you and them when you turn over. Only complaint is that I pretty much always have the same sore spots after leaving even if I ask for the supposedly light massages / Swedish.

So unless something has happened in the last couple of months I haven't gone. I'd be inclined to take those reviews with a grain of salt.
