The oldest video file is overwritten by the newest one. Remote viewing is available by installing an app on your phone or Pc. You connect by knowing the IP and account / password. Each DVR can be set to continuously record or record on movement. This decides if you get several days of video or several weeks / months. NotBob, thank you for great details of how it works, I have wondered about those topics you laid out. The cameras I always figured they were there for the owner / manager to be able to track how much money should be coming in glad to know that is the case. Also glad to understand that it is up to them what they do and not forced, I figured it was because of the various reviews / experiences that some guys have versus others.
