The court system says she is charged with a class 5 felony, maximum sentence of 10 years. She would have qualified for bond. She has no VA convictions.

I think they have some local ordinances that require the providers to be licensed. Obviously the state requires it also, but don't think the PD can charge for state health code violations. The local ordinance gets them in the door to inspect. I know a couple girls that got charged this past summer. The owners can also be charged for permitting an unlicensed person to work. Just another example of a complete waste of taxpayers money. Much bigger problems out there that they should be focusing on IMHO.

This is why I can't mess with any of these agencies that want DL info or pics and credit cards for payment or deposit. There is already so much traceable, it's virtually impossible to avoid. Phone / text is lower risk when spread out to independents but nothing is risk free. This name drop is going to make some serious headlines.

Yea, I am not hard pressed in that category either but I know that some probably are. Essentially you get what you pay for, and if I was not a man of means, then that is what I would do. Its just not worth having someone running a game on you, knocks on the door after 10 minutes, some broke fool hiding in the shower to rob you. Etc. I would venture that most who visit the street variety either don't have time for anything else since its quick, or don't have the funds and settle for what they can get.
