I agree with Sashimi. A rip off can be lousy / no service, bait and switch, or anything else service related, but it can also be not answering the door, cancelled appointments at the last minute, or my personal favorite getting to the location and then being asked to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes. It is a rip off either way.
