I'd personally give her a 7 to 8 for accuracy. But I guess, as in all things, YMMV even when it comes to opinions about appearance matching the ad pics. For others considering a visit I would simply encourage them to read prior reviews. I haven't read them recently but I don't recall seeing any complaints similar to yours.
