I went to Sun Spa on Friday. Massage was alright, ending was decent enough. Tipped 40, she seemed fine with it.

There is enough going on there that it is discreet enough. I think there is a salon on the first floor. Once you are in the door to the stairs you are fine. Door is on right side of building.
