They are all closed and due to be later demolished. Its part of a major construction overhaul of the area that will expand Lamar into 6 lanes and to rebuild that entire area. I don't know if they will rebuild the truck stops after the road construction is done.

Haven't been in this area overnight in years but the Marathon Gas station at the intersection of Lamar / E. Shelby (across from the Pilot) is still wicked busy. I've had 7 different BSW's come knocking already tonight.

The first couple were older and pretty rough looking so I passed. A couple more were younger cuter girls BUT their prices started at $50 just for a BJ and wanted $100 for everything. That's too much for what you get.

Just like in the old days, they all got a ride here. They work the lot quick and boogie. If any are decent looking AND affordable I'll definitely try them out.

Just passing thru and decided to stop by the marathon across from the pilots, for the night. Within 5 minutes, an older black lizard came up giving the it's my birthday speech. I passed. Went in the store and seen a young black chick, about a 8-9, in a tight dress and heels. Went to checkout and she told the cashier she was leaving with me.
