Central up to Morelia Ave. Decreasing frequency as you go. Almost never see anyone when cold weather strikes as many are semi homeless and hit shelter for night.

Seem to cluster at times closer to KARM shelter, in and around 5th Ave to central. You can see them close to Old city at times on side streets. But very rarely anything you would want in your car. I would seem them every time I was in the area around dark in the summer. Rare now that cold weather is around, so guessing they are out during the daylight hours vs night.
