The problem wasn't the guy who posted the picture. The problem IS with the law that says chicks can't serve food in a thong. If you don't want to see it, don't go but there is no real health risk.

"Her hair is down and flying all over the place and she is serving food while wearing a thong," said the customer.

After seeing the photo, the Knox County Health Department said it was a "violation of cleanliness per the Tennessee code. " Health officials told WVLT News that they received a complaint and will "follow up with the establishment. ".

The restaurant is running an event called "Summer Bikini Party," which ends on Wednesday, June 26,2019.

A manager from the restaurant told WVLT News they do not have a comment at this time.

That's funny you mention this Milfman, As soon as one of my friends left my apt he went there and told me about the girls at Twin Peaks in swimsuits! I quote well that's a health code violation from hell if I've ever seen one and unsafe work environment if I've ever seen one! I knew it was just a matter of time! Honestly surprised they didn't get shut down!
