This whole time I thought everyone was talking about the other Sam (who has too many kids, were growing up in crappy motel rooms, has since lost them and also battles personal habits) And then I saw the article you posted. I actually knew these two a few years ago and Phillip was working a good job and making decent money due to his sales skills (which are probably developed though several grey areas as much as the clear ones). Then 2 or 3 years ago, they both cleaned up and moved to KY or somewhere. He is an intelligent guy, she knows what's goin on as well. There is no excuse for that situation and it does make me sad to read how careless and self-absorbed they have become. The drug problem nationwide is bad but this area of TN is super bad when it comes to addiction. It's actually the rare thing these days to meet one of these girls who doesn't have an issue, sadly. I hope they quit that shit. They aren't young kids anymore.

I agree it seem worse in this area every day I see young woman and men in there early 20's with their teeth rotted out very sad and today a pretty little blond early 20's all of her upper teeth rotted.

Another major problem that we are facing is the fact that a lot of people have moved onto heroin. It's cheaper to buy I've discovered but a major set back to heroin is that 90% of the people that use this drug are IV users. Yes the police are giving out a lot of years for people caught selling the drug but it's not really stopping anyone from trying to bring it into our community. The providers that anyone sees that's using drugs is only endangering your lives and theirs also and they only care about their next fix!! They don't give a sh1 t about their or your health.

Agreed. Children suffer the most. But no surprise here. More than half of these girls have had their kids taken away from them are piss poor parents. A lot live with Grandma. I can rattle off at least 8 well reviewed come to mind.
The opioid epidemic going on in this country is no end in sight. Our Doctors ARE the new pushers.

There's only one way to stop the epidemic. Cut the cash! Right now it's way too easy and way too profitable for a physician to right a script for these pills. For example, there is a nurse practitioner that bills for and received over $1 million a year in reimbursement for just writing pain pill scripts. Walgreens refused to fill her scripts, she sued, and won. Back in business. Easy solution, lower reimbursement. Why doesn't this happen, major lobbist in DC keep the cash flowing. Drain the swamp? Easier said than done.

I'm glad to hear others are as outraged as I am. I never saw Sammy, but I know she was well reviewed. I hope no one sees her again. Neglecting that kid is reprehensible.

Those extra fees added on to the monthly membership of SA (over 10% increase) may be in response to the negative publicity. One has to build the war chest for legal fees somehow.

That's actually old news, happened in the early part of last year.

I live right around the corner from the place, funny thing was. As the story was breaking and all the news trucks were clamoring for a spot. I was getting my brains banged out by 2 girls from. You guessed it SA LMAO!

I wouldn't have any problem with a small entrance tax, if there were any Strip Clubs in the Knoxville area worth going to. The one's I've been at, aren't worth repeating if there was no entrance fee at all. The government doesn't seem to understand, that to tax something, it must be worth paying for in the first place.

I wouldn't have a problem with a $5 or $10 tax if they would allow people to build new clubs and alcohol to be served at the table. I would love to go to a club, have a good dinner, a few drinks, and a few lap dances, like the clubs in Cabo. The stupid rules in Knoxville suck almost as much as the city council men and our gay mayor. But to each his own.

Would one of you guys fuck that mayor and film the event so we can get the rules changed? Black mail is the only thing that works in Knoxville. I had the opportunity to do one of her assistants on New Years, but I just couldn't make myself do it. She was so damn ugly, I couldn't get it up. How embarrassing is that?
