I went there about a month ago, opted for the 60 minute massage, I laid on my stomach, and threw the towel on the floor so she knew what I wanted and at one point she put it back on and I threw it on the floor again. She did spend some time rubbing my butt and did the hot stone but at the end, nothing. I agree and when I am paying the full scale, I expect full service. This is why I typically stick to the places I know so the providers are comfortable with me. I pay the house fee with a large bill when she returns to put the change for the house fee on the table, there is already the tip balance there. "Is that for me?" she asks. And I answer with a question generally describing the service I wish, it is only for her to agree at that point.
