Oh I'm going to cause all kinda ripples. That's to much money to just walk away from. Especially knowing I can get it back.

Nashguy. This is the same deal we discussed a while back. Good thing is in 6 months after I complete my community service. I can have this wiped off my record as if never happened. Which I plan on doing.

They took the money that was the donation which is understandable. They also took the rest of the cash I had in my wallet at the time $375.00. I found out today that I can get every penny back. They didn't follow proper channels and procedure when they took it. They did however issue me a receipt showing they took it from me though.

This was the original charge? We talked a ways back. I can't believe it finally got processed unless this is your 2nd. Either way, freakin A'. You'd think the prosecutor and police would have MUCH more important cares. This town sucks in this regard.

I walked in she and I talked about weather my job, etc. Asked me how much time I wanted, I said I had 100, she replied 1 hr, she walked around the bed and said do you have a condom, I said no, she tossed one to me. I caught it and said for what, then 3 cops walked in and arrest me no Miranda I said nothing, booked me for patronizing prostitution, and cost me 1300 and a night in jail with common criminals.

I think the lesson here is never say anything about sex act. AND, never agree to suchlike. If the lady starting to say anything specific, it is your time to bug out. Just saying I thought we were for a massage, it must be a misunderstanding, I'm out of here. Don't even bother with the money. Leave ASAP. They can't hold you for wanting a massage.

ManOn, when you got popped, had you or the UC said anything explicit regarding what the money was for? I've always wondered what exactly the standard (I'm sure there's a better word than standard, just can't think of it right now) is for LEO to be able to bust you. I always hear that it must be explicit language, like "X amount of money for sex", in order for them to arrest, but often times that type of word of mouth info is bogus. Can you (or anyone else, for that matter) enlighten me on what has to be said in order for an arrest?

I just went through this in court last week in Hamilton county. I was pinched in a BP sting with in 1. 5 miles of school for patronizing. The fact I didn't specify or set the location because it was an incall provider "LEO" they could not use that against me and charge me for it. You the perpetrator have to specify or set the location in order for it to be admissible in court and used against you. See the school zone thread for better understanding and example.

Hope it helps clear up some questions regarding the issues.
