Not sure what the reason is but if you click on the date sort all the ads appear by date and time otherwise they appear in several difference groups. As a provider you may want to look into it and make sure your ad is in the top section otherwise I am sure that some do not know to click on date it took my a few weeks to figure it out since until about 6 months ago all the ads appeared in order by posting time.

It is the way BP does the free ads. If you don't pay to post it goes to like the third page.

It seems odd that all your posts are about one provider. Probably the reason you are not seeing the BackPage ad is because of the way they are sorted. A few weeks / months ago a date sort was added so unless you click on date some of the ads will appear in one section then if you scroll down for a "bit" they will be more under the same day. So always click the date. Her ad did appear on BackPage on Saturday. Hope this helps.
