Similar situation here. There were a couple post recently, including mine with less spooky situations, sounds like. More like a Zoombie on her feet. So after 6 weeks of trying, I finally meet up with Billie. Normal Spartanburg motel on Newcut Rd. She is shy but opens up during visit. Funny and personable. Very petite. Not a clock watcher.
