I've seen both twice and had both good visits and issues. I've also been to that house and pretty much everything that you said does not seem too out of place. There are multiple girls working out of there and I know they share guys. There is no comparison to YMMV and what actually happened. This was more like a road trip where your car breaks down in the driveway and your mechanic charges you $500 to say your car is not running!
