Looks like this was five years ago. It's a common problem, people complain and some local sherriff thinks they can shut down the oldest profession in the world. The pics would have me lawyering up and sueing everyone.

You probably know more about his than I do. A monger trucker who was at Orange Spa recently received a missed call from local LEO yesterday. He thinks it's related to the investigation.

I would assume that is more of a FS parlor. If they are using all these resources for standard finish they are wasting their time. Too much other important things going on in the community then worried about guys getting a h. E with no FS.

All the AMPs that closed because they were busted had the same sign as well. Anywho, no more Orange, Golden, or Lucky. My guess Best on Savannah will be the next one. So much for continuing to hobby in this area. Had some fun times here in CHS but I'll stick to AMPs when out of state or maybe when in Columbia.

If you see a sign that says "non-conforming use " it most likely was closed because they had some type of living quarters or cooking equipment in a building zoned as "business occupancy" that had no fire suppression. The city / county does yearly inspections and probably discovered that type of violation.
