OTC allowed but UTC comes at a high premium (she kept saying 100). 7 for the house and 5 tip. I don't pay the high premiums unless there is a lot more involved.

I noticed there's a new ad for Zen on RR with under new new management and new phone number.

That location is open under different circumstances. No longer a SPA it's a establishment for a personal trainer called LYFEFIT. However I did see a new spa under construction on Dorchester by cross county.

River Spa on Rivers Ave and Golden down off Savannah Hwy have the old stile TS beds and not those fiberglass PoS that you have to be a midget to enjoy. River does a good job in the TS and Golden is OK at it.

Zen was a fun shower. I heard they are open again. Can't wait for my next visit to Charleston. I miss that place.

It's open. $60 to the house for 30 min and you go to a private room with the girl. Normally I think there's only one working at a time. To my knowledge everything is available. Went back there with Amber once. NEVER again. Her pussy stank like someone shit in it.

I love how the lady interviewed said she would like the place turned into a "Senior Gathering center", like somehow the rent is going to get magically paid in a seedy strip mall for a Senior Center. AMPs keep the economies running in some of the more depressed areas of town by filling rental space that many retail outlets would avoid. You can only have so many smoke / vape shops, low end hair salons and Mexican grocery stores. I bet AMPs are a landlord's dream client and the rent is always on time.
