Straight haired brunette was Rachel. Not sure which one was at cams but I'd say none of them look familiar.

I would say you both are correct. It seems that when they change / rebrand or whatever, often times there is a picture or two that link back to previous ads.

Yes they are. Have you seen her before or after she started there? Nothing wrong with a girl changing venues plus she may prefer not having to field her own calls or worry about her incall. Lots of reasons to go from freelance to agency so to speak.
