It has been going on for some time-last Spring, it was in the Doylestown Patch. It seems to pop up just about on every Philly website whenever there is a reference to prostitution or to Kensington.

My feeling is that there are not tons of people who actually read these comments and go running to the authorities as a result. Practically every article on every website has all sorts of asinine comments.

Go to today's Philly. Com article about the murdered Doctor and the pillhead exterminator from Bucks County who killed her. You will find all sorts of insane comments-including morons spewing hate about Obama and gun control.

In fact, just about every article on Yahoo is followed by 100's of comments-usually by those who hate Obama or who have some axe to grind in public and can hide behind anonymity. A lot of these Internet comments are downright ignorant and racist.

My feeling is that the person or persons who are posting all over the Web about Cooky Jar are most likely followers of Supereloquent who still hate on Cooky and somehow blame him for their boy being "outed". Did we all notice that one of the posters was named "Light Phoenix"--it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that someone who posts on this Board is responsible for most of this nonsense on other sites.

Also, there are a number of regular posters on this board who have been slandering CJ for years and who otherwise contribute nothing of value to the Forum. You can go back to 2006 and there have been a ton of people that were hating on Cooky Jar even back then--many were questioning the authenticity of his "finds" even before he got his own thread.

It is most unfortunate that this nonsense keeps happening-and even worse that people are posting the link to Cooky Jar's thread on other websites.

But-I have news for you-Jackson has this site set up in such a way that googling just about anything will lead you to it. I have asked him about this and his response is that he wants to drive traffic to the site and is not concerned if anything is found out about individuals as a result. He suggests that people be careful what they post.

Go ahead-Google "Supereloquent" on the Internet, and you will find just about all of his threads as well as pictures. I'm 100% sure you will even still be able to find his real name out there for the whole world to see.

It is also true that if you Google "Cooky Jar Philadelphia", it will lead to this site and all of its threads.

So-the point is-this info has been out there for years and if the authorities wanted to do something at any given time, they probably would have by now. Eventually, everyone who has something of value to offer will stop posting, and all we will get is people like the Waldos of the world who offer little but sarcasm and nonsense comments.

I can personally attest as can many other members to the fact that Cooky has NEVER mislead any of these girls about the fact that their pictures would be posted-a number of these girls (whom I have met at one time or another) have confirmed this FACT to me and to others. So the clowns who keep posting elsewhere claiming to be victims are obvious frauds.

If you children want to keep playing games, then people including myself and other legitimate posters will never bother to offer valuable and real information and the site will no longer be a place that points out the way for others to avoid trouble and bad dates, etc.

I believe that I am in the majority (here) by stating that should you deem the establishment of a legal defense fund, (for use in your personal defense) , I will gladly contribute. While I do not carry enough clout to stand by your side, or make a statement like "Cooky, I have your back", I'd be more than happy to try and help in the most significant way that I can. I remember that a few years ago, a member calling himself Glen in Florida had the same problem, when some journalist report about his videos and pictures. Some of you probably remember the situation. They were trying to investigate him, however I think he still post under another user name. It could be wise to ask him what was the situation at that time.

Once an article or expose’ has been published in the Daily News, this once obscure little site will not only be news but it will suddenly be big time – up there with Craigslist, BackPage, Titter and FaceBook.

I will be on Jerry Springer or the Steve Wilkos Show proclaiming my innocents by way of a lie detector. SuperEloquent will be on Letterman, the tonight show. We both will agree to only be shown in shadow and named by user name only. (When the report investigates he will find SuperElquents thread and the information there pertaining to his real name and identity.)

Family and friends, sons and daughters, and enemies and jealous acquaintances will be able to search USASexGuide for girls known to have drug problems in hopes of finding them among my photos. Will it be worth it? Certainly! Anything to get me to stop posting, even if it means making available, to the general public, thousands of old photos of girls who are now out of the sex trades and living normal lives. Some of these girls are deceased. By bringing this site out of the darkness and into the light, Janice, you will be opening old wounds. Is that what you want?

CJ, in my considerate opinion, you're paying too much attention to hese posts. What do you want to do with them? Anyone can post anything online. And does. Why are you obssessing over it? You've created a recognizable persona on this site and it was only to be expected that some nutcase fastened onto it. You don't know who he is; you can't go after him (wouldn't be worthwhile even if it were possible) ; so why the endless discussion? Let them post what they want, who cares. The amount of crap on the net is staggering, you can't pay attention to it.

I can ask the same question. Why shouldn't I? Someone is trying to out me. Ignore it? Why?

Doesn't anyone get it? It won't bother me. But! Once this site is put in the public eye, the girls will be on view. Even girls who've been gone for years, their picture will suddenly be available again to anyone who cares to search. This once little known site will become what it was never intended to be.

The commenter has charge or alleged that; CookyJar exhibits photos without permission, is guilty of hundreds of counts of soliciting for prostitution, solicits teenagers for sex, carries a gun, deals in drugs and with drug dealers, besmirched the reputation of the Marine Corps, forced girls to undress and takes their pictures, battered girls, is a homosexual, drug money launderer and a lewd individual.

These are not statements in hyperbole or opinion; they are statements intended to defame and encourage a publication to expose and obtain a legal action. Are these statements true? Can they be proven in a court of law? Are they first amendment protected?

It is likely safe to assume that many of the aliases used in the comments, even many of the ones labeled anonymous, can be connected to a single IP address. If this is the case, the question is, is there slander? Can the slanderer claim first amendment protection?

When I started school there was no such thing as Affirmative Action. Jim Crow and separate but equal were not quite over and still ruled. I did manage a few protests and did a little marching before barely managing to get in a small traditionally Black school. Between the war, protesting, marching and school, I learned a little.

I am an idiot. I know that. I also know that there are members out there who are a lot smarter than I am. Knowing that, I would like to explore a topic that came to me as I was relaxing in the Jacuzzi. I would like to explore a supposition among the more knowledgeable members. Anyone with just a little commonsense may join in.

Let's beginning with the assumption that PW, PhillyNews or any of the News Organizations now being bombarded with requests to expose, 'CookyJar, ' decided to do an exposé on CookyJar and USASexGuide.

In order for a hypothesis to be correctly considered a few presuppositions most be made. Let us pre-suppose that:

1. A PW or Philly Weekly reporter has come to Kensington Avenue and done some intensive interviewing.

2. CookyJar has not granted the new media an interview, however he may or may not have been detained and released by Law Enforcement and is now being advised by his personal attorneys. (There may or may not be some talk about a law suit and his 6th amendment rights to face his accusers.)

3. In the original News report, the internet website,"USASexGuide," was included and sited as the location of CookyJar's notorious antics.

A. Other local news papers may or may not have picked up the story.

With these assumptions made, what are the possible / likely outcomes? Consider the variables, what are the likely outcomes?

Sounds like this one guy has a real hard on for you. If you did or didn't say anything to ANYBODY (excepting your legal counsel) , they would have nothing aganist you. Assuming your not guilty (of that one crime) of course. They may try "getting" you on something else. I would imagine that it would blow over, assuming that you did not incriminate your self (by talking) in anyway. I would recommend that you lay low.

How would they prove that you took pictures of girls without there permission? Most of the girls look happy to have their picture taken. Its not like they didn't know that it was happening.

Could it be one disgruntled lady whom contacted the press?

I don't ply the hobby in your area but I always keep an eye out for your pics in the photo section. Sometimes I think Jackson should give you your own thread! A passerby in Harrowgate made a gruesome discovery early Monday night, police said: the body of a partially clothed woman dead in a debris-strewn vacant lot. The woman, who police said was lying on her back and completely naked except for a shirt pulled up over her shoulders and face, was pronounced dead in the lot. She remained unidentified.

Investigators from the Medical Examiner's Office found signs of trauma to the woman's face. The death is being investigated as suspicious until the Medical Examiner's Office performs an autopsy and determines an official cause of death.

Police said the area, which is not far off of Kensington Avenue, is a known location for drug use and prostitution. .
