If LE wants me there is little I can do. When it comes to charges however, there is very little they can do. Unless they trump-up a charge. What have I done? Even if I'm found with a girl; it's only solicitation. I don't pay for sex. I don't carry a gun. I've never threatened, like alone hit a girl. I am not a pimp. I don't cuss. I pay my taxes. I treat all women with respect. I get at least eight hours of sleep each night. I'm your average guy and I like to take pictures.

What are they going to do to me? Tell my mommy and daddy, send me back to Vietnam or maybe banish me to bed without supper.

If the commenters get their way, USASexGuide. Com will get some much needed publicity, I will be pissed-off and every girl who has a picture posted on USASexGuide. Com, by me or anyone else, will have her identity made available to the general public.

Sure, I could change venues, move to another country or simply stop posting and I would if I thought it would make the slightest difference. Unfortunately, what's been done is done and cannot be undone.

Once an article or expose' has been published in the Daily News, this once obscure little site will not only be news but it will suddenly be big time – up there with Craigslist, BackPage, Titter and FaceBook.

I will be on Jerry Springer or the Steve Wilkos Show proclaiming my innocents by way of a lie detector. SuperEloquent will be on Letterman, the tonight show. We both will agree to only be shown in shadow and named by user name only. (When the report investigates he will find SuperElquents thread and the information there pertaining to his real name and identity.)

Family and friends, sons and daughters, and enemies and jealous acquaintances will be able to search USASexGuide for girls known to have drug problems in hopes of finding them among my photos. Will it be worth it? Certainly! Anything to get me to stop posting, even if it means making available, to the general public, thousands of old photos of girls who are now out of the sex trades and living normal lives. Some of these girls are deceased. By bringing this site out of the darkness and into the light, Janice, you will be opening old wounds. Is that what you want?

Hey, for all we know, Cookiejar may be posting these anti-Cookiejar comments himself! Those are public sites, open to anyone. Of internet personalia we know nothing whatsover, who posts, why, etc, all by anonymous trolls, so who cares. Enough already.

. Jackson has this site set up in such a way that googling just about anything will lead you to it. I have asked him about this and his response is that he wants to drive traffic to the site and is not concerned if anything is found out about individuals as a result. He suggests that people be careful what they post.

Go ahead-Google "Supereloquent" on the Internet, and you will find just about all of his threads as well as pictures. I'm 100% sure you will even still be able to find his real name out there for the whole world to see.

It is also true that if you Google "Cooky Jar Philadelphia", it will lead to this site and all of its threads.

So-the point is-this info has been out there for years and if the authorities wanted to do something at any given time, they probably would have by now. Eventually, everyone who has something of value to offer will stop posting, and all we will get is people like the Waldos of the world who offer little but sarcasm and nonsense comments.

USASexGuide as it stands now is an small mysteriously difficult to find little site that few people know about. Currently, it's pretty hard to find without prior knowledge of some kind about it. Very few people currently have a reason to google the user name, CookyJar or SuperElequent, or look for a web site named USASexGuide.

I stumbled across this site by accident – I couldn't have found it if I had been looking for it.

Once an article is written, everyone one who reads it will be free to follow their curiosity. Once an article is written, anyone who read it will be free to google the names mentioned in the article. Once an article is written, it won't bother me much, it won't bother Jackson, in fact it won't bother any of us hiding behind our anonymous user names. It's the girls, pass and present, who will most likely be affected.

He has already done that! The reason was so that the photos and the out-of-town gawkers and the non-report discussions were clogging up the General thread. Now this discussion of one man's problems outside of the forum is clogging up the News thread. Thank you, JGgarth, for posting an interesting article. I so agree with your followup comments on the futility of paying attention to all the crap on the internet. This forum is about men sharing information about sex with women. Let's get back to business and ask people who have their own threads to discuss their personal problems over there or not at all.

The amount of Cookiejar drama on this overall board has become overwhelming. Personally, I don't give a crap about any of it, including the original Cookiejar and his idiotic thread with photos of scarily fugly females he appearently collects for god only knows what reason. But the thread is clearly marked as "owned" by CJ and god bless, I don't have to read it, and it costs me nothing to avoid it. Can we avoid the overflow of CJ garbage into other threads? Just to placate the guy I said that any number of idiots posting anti-CJ comments on sites that allow posting comments is OF NO IMPORTANTCE WHATSOEVER (and this is true) , but my main stress is, can we either avoid or at least localize this cretinous discussion somehow?

I believe that I am in the majority (here) by stating that should you deem the establishment of a legal defense fund, (for use in your personal defense) , I will gladly contribute. While I do not carry enough clout to stand by your side, or make a statement like "Cooky, I have your back", I'd be more than happy to try and help in the most significant way that I can. I wish you the best of luck in navigating this "mire".

Thanks Tonsil Hockey. But that won't be necessary, thanks anyway. I've an attorney on retainer and he has given me the names of two other lawyers who practice in related areas.

Besides, if it does ever come to a criminal investigation, the ACLU might be interested. Since the commenter isn't an actual source for the News columnist, he isn't protected by the 1st Amendment. Since the commenter has openly defamed CookyJar, should the person known as CookyJar be forced out into the open as a result of commenter's actions there is a 6th Amendment argument to be made. Of cause a Judge would have to agree to have the newspaper determine if any of the comments, made under different aliases, were made by the same person, using the same computer IP address. Once outed, under our Constitution, even CookyJar has a right to face his accuser (s). If that person or persons was attempting to denigrate a private citizen there is always the possibility of a law suit. The commenter, not the newspaper or law enforcement, may have to prove some of his allegations.

That $30 per picture ($300 for thirty pictures) alleged to be paid by CookyJar will probably go towards his legal fees.
