I'm guessing that many of us have made some very bad choices pursuing this hobby. The reason we go to this site is to minimize this from happening. As I have a dumb story to tell, please go easy on beating me up as we could all learn from your dumb story some day.

You're not alone, bro. I've driven away from a couple dates surprised I didn't get shanked. I eventually adopted a hard policy of no more than 3 red flags. No matter what, if I hit the third flag, I'm out. Live to fight another day.

If what you say is true, I'm glad to hear it. I stopped seeing her, because her drug use was obvious. Last 2 times a saw her (4-5) months ago I told her she needed help.
