This may be a dumb question but can someone inform me of what "RR" stands for? I thought I was up on all the sites and abbreviations but this one must have gotten by me.

I've only been really surveying the Columbus boards for 3 or 4 months, but I looks like the sweet spot of $. 5 to $$. 5 / hr providers is really lacking. You can find the $$hr+ providers in any city.
