Answering my own post. Dreamed of RL visit on Monday. The ladies have returned after a trip to Florida and Disney World. Looks like the owner is a chill dude and had organized this for them. They had some goofy photos of all of them having a good time on the beach. Overall, they are in good spirits and the service is good as always.

Was wondering anyone has pulled the trigger on here. I'm partial on the L1 but it seem some places are offering L3. I'm a traveling monger so I get stuck at certain places in the Midwest for periods of time. Sorry for all the questions but I like to know that my money is well spent.
