So, they are essentially saying they want to send this problem back to Dayton, don't bring it to Riverside LOL.

Totally agree if you replaces the term War with "police action". The last declared War was WWII and the we succeeded in ridding the World of an unimaginable evil. Since then we have only been involved in "police actions" with no clear objectives. There never was a true War on drugs, just a half assed hunt and peck action that keeps the police and federal agents employed with no clear results. WWII was an all out relentless assault on the enemy with no mercy. These dope boys get arrested and spend a few months to maybe a year and they go right back at it. The police get payed, the dealers get payed so it suits their purposes. Its getting to the point where dopers and prostitutes can make more than professionals for those who are skilled. The connection between drugs and prostitution is one of the things that justifies all the attention LEO pays to the escort energy. That and the human trafficking aspect. I remember a time when LEO primarily focused on SW. Not anymore, they focus on the whole industry because drugs and prostitution are considered tied at the hip in the public conscientious.

Looking through the mugshots you can't help but think this city is in in deep shit between drugs, lack of decent careers for lower class and just shitty family lives in general. ...because 35 the-boys weren't arrested but were busy at the same time. The DPD, MCS, and whatever that weak task force is called should be ashamed. Talk about going for the low hanging fruit. I read the article in Dayton's paper about this. It really doesn't say which website they used and the paper usually will. We usually assume BP, but this could be a CL sting.
