I don't know the definition of brothel. Does a house with one woman qualify being a brothel? If so, Dayton has 1,000 brothels.

The serial killer strikes again, I guess. 6 AM in the morning on Main and Helena. It didn't say but I assume the victim is a SW. I wonder who.

This time she's alive, likely talked to police. Because it happened at a store front, the surveillance camera might have caught him and his car too. Now DPD has a better idea on this.

My question. If he is a serial killer and he has a car, why he sticks to Main? He could go to any area.
Maybe he has grudge on SW of Main, being ripped off too many times before? LOL.

Makes me wonder if they won't go after 101 sometime soon again.

FWIW, the OIU Sep 29 release does list a couple of ladies who actually got prostitution charges:

One lady age 32 of Springfield was charged with 1 count of prostitution. Another lady, age 35 of Cincinnati was charged with 3 counts of soliciting prostitution. These charges likely prompted the local media to mention prostitution in their story.

The prostitution and sexual activity charges are misdemeanors. The big problem for the ladies indicted are the felony drug charges. All the charges together is a BIG problem for the Harem.
