They got the guy they wanted to get for a while. As far as they are concerned, they took the head of the snake. It's not worth a bunch of covert shit to go after misdemeanor fines. Courts are backed up with the amount of drug cases. Hell, I contested mt last speeding ticket. Took almost 7 months to resolve that.

They may be holding it back because of who got caught up in it. Or they are on media blackout because they are going to develop a sting operation to try to catch all the people that Steve had info on when he got busted.
