Is convened after arraignment or direct in police charges it only considers felony charges. Misdemeanors go right to court for arraignment once charged. GJ may meet once a month for one week up to three and considers all cases brought before it. Either indicts or doesn't. They can now also decide it's really a misdemeanor and return that charge.

Hamilton County Clerk of Courts has 7 girls
on the their site for Soliciting. The arrest date was on 10/29 for all 7 but not filed until today. Nikki was one of the girls and she don't walk the streets as far as I know. She's on EB. That was the same night that 4 were arrested for Compelling Prostitution with an underage girl.
